The City


Dubrovnik is known as the city of stone and light, the 'Pearl of the Adriatic'. Its historical name is Ragusa and it was founded in the 7th century.
Through history, it was under protection of Byzantine Empire and later Republic of Venice. For a period of 500 years it ruled itself as a free state, 'Republic of Ragusa'. It was an important Mediterranean sea power, it achieved a high level of development and became notable for its wealth and skilled diplomacy. It was also connected to Ottoman and Habsburg Empire at certain periods of time. The city managed to preserve most of its beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, monasteries and palaces.

Today, Dubrovnik is under protection of UNESCO and it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, full of rich history and surrounded by untouched, peaceful nature and stunning, clear blue Adriatic sea.

Heritage Vista


Heritage Vista is our property located in the old town, the very center of all the Dubrovnik's most popular attractions, so it's a perfect base for your exploration of the city's rich history. 
It consists of 2 Studios with kitchenette and 5 Double Rooms, that are separately rented. All units feature air-conditioning, free WiFi, flat screen TV, satellite channels, wardrobe, linen, towels, free toiletries, hairdryer, electric kettle and a refrigerator. Unit number 7, Studio with Balcony, is overlooking the entire city and it has a balcony with amazing views of the rooftops, fortress Lovrijenac and the sea, it is pretty spectacular even for the local people.
With its central location you will find your self close by to everything, like many good restaurants, some of them hidden in nearby narrow streets that city is interwoven with, and that invite you to explore, to get lost, get found, get mesmerized by them.
Amazing Banje beach is just 5-10 minutes walk away while island Lokrum, nature reserve, is just a short boat ride away and will offer you a tranquil and serene experience with its beautiful forests and gardens.

Stone Elegance


Stone Elegance is our property located 300 meters outside of the old town, in the area that is just by the sea, secluded from the traffic.
Property consists of 6 units, each rented separately. Four of the apartments have a kitchenette, while two of them, Apartments 1 and 3, do not have it. All units feature air-conditioning, free WiFi, flat screen TV, satellite channels, wardrobe, linen, towels, free toiletries, hairdryer, electric kettle, coffee machine and a refrigerator.
Apartments 5 and 6 have a close view of the neighborhood landmark, fortress Lovrijenac, that you can visit and explore.
There is a coffee bar Kop on the subterranean level of the building, with a few tables near the house, and most of them on a terrace right by the sea, perfect for morning coffee or evening romantic candlelit drink. Closest beach Sulic, with beach bar Dodo, is just 50 meters away, which is ideal for hot summer days and nights.
